Planning a build in Wicklow
Wicklow's older housing stock — particularly the Victorian and Edwardian terraces in Bray town — can be a tighter prospect for a simulator room. But newer builds along the N11 corridor and the larger rural properties have plenty of garage or outbuilding space to work with.
The benchmark we work from: 3m ceiling × 5m wide × 6m long. If you're planning a garden room — and Wicklow's outdoor culture makes these very popular — building to those dimensions from the start is the smartest move.
