Multi-bay layout with sightlines from the bar to every screen, acoustic separation between bays, and a F&B service flow that doesn’t cut across the playing space.

Five-week build from empty unit to soft launch. Sequenced around supplier lead times for the launch monitors, custom enclosures and bespoke joinery.

A venue that books out for corporate evenings and runs steady-state member usage during the day. Payback inside expected window.
